Just to clarify on that, I'd recommend sending an email to swickifeedback AT eurekster DOT com, or shooting me an email at alex.holmes@eurekster.com

We go through newly created swickis fairly regularly as well to look for new swickis we can add to our directory.

Yup, a swicki needs to be in the directory before you have access to training it in advanced mode. what swicki is this? I can take a look

thanks for your help, alex. i noticed that my swicki is now in the directory and i can configure my advertising. i'm still not seeing the option to switch back to advance training mode. do i need to wait a bit longer? sorry if i'm impatient.

what's training in advance mode?
what more can we do there?

i have few swickies and already approved for ads. but never see this option.

Hello,

I can switch your swicki over to advanced mode, though be warned, its in Beta mode, so may not function perfectly.

What's your swicki's URL? I'll switch it over if you'd like, and you could then switch it back to basic if you'd like.

Personally, I prefer training swickis in basic mode, unless I want to create a swicki that ONLY spiders contents from a handful of sites that I specify.

Just switched it to advanced mode.

One other thought: on the 'train to modify behavior' page, you may want to keep the topic to under 3 words, thus allowing for more search results to appear. having 5-6 words in the topics field may over-filter your results.
