Realistically, it may be a while before all featured text can be converted into other languages.

As a side note, an African Soccer swicki, built for a French audience, did fairly well while that tournament was happening early this year. You can take a look here:

what i meant is the interface. not the content. i can adjust the content myself.
i see all interface still in english.

i want to localize the interface.
for example, these words:
Add to favorites
Email to friend
Add searchbox to browser
....

Do you swicki guys need help with localising?
Perhaps as users we can contribute translations (like they do with open source projects).
If you are interested, I can translate to Japanese
